Quick yogurt with apple, roasted nuts & cinnamon

Awonderfully simple breakfast dish, but so very tasty. You can get through the morning with that!

For 1 person:

  • 5 tablespoons (low-fat) yogurt
  • handful of white almonds
  • handful of pecans
  • 1 apple
  • pinch cinnamon

Toast the almonds and pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for a few minutes. This gives them extra flavor and they are nice and warm.

Grate 1 apple (unpeeled) up to the core on a fine grater. Put the yogurt in a bowl. Spoon the grated apple on the yogurt, the roasted nuts on top and finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
