This power breakfast is inspired by a delicious recipe from Rens Kroes , the ‘Kickstart’. We adjusted the ingredients a little bit. A very powerful and divinely tasty breakfast to master busy days!

For 2 people:

  • 100 grams of oatmeal
  • 100 grams of unsalted cashew nuts
  • 6 to 8 soft fresh dates, pitted
  • 40 grams coconut grater
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • pinch cinnamon
  • Powerful blender

You can soak the oats and cashews in clean water the night before, drain the next morning and incorporate into the recipe. This will make them a little softer. But this is not necessary!

Blend all ingredients in your blender until creamy. If it is a bit too thick, you can add some extra almond milk or water. Enjoy!
