- 1 cup (150 grams) raw, unsalted almonds
- 1 cup (250 ml) warm water
- 3 cups (750 ml) cold water
- Optional: vanilla essence and/or cinnamon
- A blender
- A fine sieve or cheesecloth
- A bottle or measuring cup
