For 4-6 people:

  • 140 grams oatmeal flakes
  • 2 tablespoons honey + extra for the pancakes
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml milk
  • Coconut oil (or other vegetable oil) for frying
  • 2 ripe bananas + 1 extra sliced ​​to serve
  • Possibly cinnamon and cottage cheese for the pancakes

Place the oatmeal flakes, honey, baking powder, egg, milk and the two bananas in a blender and blend for about 1 minute until smooth. Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes to allow the oat flakes to expand.
