For 1 bowl:

  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons frozen mango
  • 2 tablespoons frozen pineapple
  • 5 leaves of fresh mint
  • 5 ml coconut cream
  • ½ passion fruit
  • ½ ripe avocado


  • 4 tablespoons blueberries
  • 4 tablespoons granola
  • ½ passion fruit

Place the apple juice, mango, pineapple, mint, passion fruit, coconut cream and avocado in a blender and blend until you have a smooth mass. Is it still too liquid? Add a little extra avocado. Is it too tight? Then add a little bit of apple juice and blend it all together.

Pour into a bowl and add the toppings. Of course you can vary endlessly in this.

Tip: prefer less fruit sugars? Replace the apple juice with coconut water.
