You already read it: actually, savory granola is delicious with just about everything. We served it on a generous layer of yogurt with two poached eggs and some chopped chives. A bit like cilbir , say the Turkish version of Eggs Benedict.

Extra cool: we simply made this granola in the frying pan. So it’s ready even faster than from the oven*.

This is how you make the savory granola

Place all ingredients (except sun-dried tomatoes) in a bowl and stir to combine.

Heat a large pan over medium heat and fry the mixture in it. Keep stirring for 5 to 10 minutes (or until the granola starts to smell and the oats are nicely browned).

Let cool and add the sun-dried tomato pieces.

* Would you rather let the oven do the work? Bake the granola for 30 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 degrees.
