400 gr sweet potato
1 tbsp cornflour
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon paprika powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt
170 gr Greek yogurt 0%
1 lime
Small bunch of fresh coriander
Black pepper
Chicken skewer 2 pieces:
150 gr chicken breast
½ bell pepper
100 gr mushrooms

You can wash the sweet potatoes alone or peel them if you prefer. Cut them into long strips about 1 cm thick. Place them in a bowl of water for about half an hour. This pulls the starch out so that your fries become crispy. Heat the oven to 220 degrees. Meanwhile, make the yogurt dip; grate the lime and mix the zest with a little juice of the lime into the yogurt. Finely chop the coriander and mix with the yogurt. Season with a little black pepper. Pat the fries dry and place them in a large bowl. Mix in the olive oil, paprika and cumin and toss the fries well.
