Shrimp with mango appetizer

Must Try

Fresh mango dip with coriander and a touch of chili in a glass served with shrimp skewers

1 mango
1 to 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Splash of orange juice
Bunch of fresh coriander
Juice of 1 lime
Pepper and salt
8 large shrimps
Pinch of paprika spicy powder

Blender or food processor

Peel the mango and cut off the flesh around the pit. Put ¾ of the pulp in a blender or food processor and puree it with some orange juice, lime juice and sweet chili sauce until a yellow mass. Add some fresh coriander and mix it in. Fry the shrimps in a pan with a little olive oil and sprinkle with a little paprika and salt and pepper while frying. Cut the remaining ¼ part of the mango into small cubes and thread it together with a shrimp on a skewer. Put some of the mango dip in a glass and insert the skewer and garnish with a little fresh coriander.
Tip: If you have some shrimp left, you can also put them in a salad the next day and use the mango dip as a dressing.
