100 gr smoked salmon fillet

Preparation

Cut the crusts off the bread and place 2 slices together. Roll out the slices as flat as possible with the rolling pin. Make sure that the 2 slices of bread stick together well. Spread the bread with the cream cheese and top with the salmon. Roll the bread tightly in aluminum foil and place in the fridge for about 2 hours. Cut both rolls into about 6 slices.
