When I’m short on time, I often make a quick and easy meal of cauliflower couscous with falafel. Some herbs, feta and mint and enjoy in 10 minutes.

Then we could go on holiday with peace of mind, we went to Lanzerote for a week and stayed in the La isla y el mar hotel. very nice! The interior was beautiful and you could swim and eat there.

We also often ate tapas by the sea, I love the pedron peppers and a glass of sangria was also a must.

Most of all we had a good meal, the food in our hotel was also top notch! And I also chilled a lot, I noticed that I was ready for that after the winter and corona period.

After the holidays I arranged to have lunch with a friend, which was at Anne & Max’s. There I enjoyed a delicious panzanella salad.

And after all the Sahara sand, our car could use a wash. I always go to Washin7 in Eindhoven, nice and quick and easy because you can just stay in the car.

It was also time for new recipes, because it was really spring again, I suddenly felt the urge for tasty salads, strawberries and fresh flavors. So you can expect it online soon like this little gem salad with orange that I photographed.

I also made delicious tarts with strawberries that I then handed out to family. They were well received, so you will see this one appearing on the site soon.

It was lovely spring weather, I also cleaned up, swept and cleaned the garden. It’s a bit of a job because we have a fairly large garden, but afterwards we are so happy with our beautiful corner.

And I spotted the white gold in the shop at PLUS. I really love asparagus so I will definitely be making something delicious with it soon.

I also received delicious food mail again, including from Johma. Because they have launched 3 vegetable salads: chicken curry, chicken samba and tuna. Really well made!
