Tasty Indian patties filled with minced meat and celery

Ingredients

200 g minced meat
2 hard-boiled eggs
3 cloves of garlic
Half a bunch of celery
1 beef stock cubes
1 callus sweet soy sauce
1 onion
50 g grated carrot
1 callus oil
Dough
1 egg
350 gr flour
Splash of warm water
2 calluses oil

Preparation

Finely chop the garlic and onion and fry in a pan with a little oil. Add the minced meat and brown it. Peel the eggs and cut into pieces, add to the pan along with the carrot. Season with the soy sauce and add the beef stock cube. Finely chop the celery and stir it in last. make the dough; knead all ingredients well with your hands. Place the dough in the fridge for fifteen minutes. Knead the dough again until it no longer sticks to your hands. Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough. Cut circles out of the dough with a glass. Place a little of the mincemeat mixture on one half of the patty and fold and press well with a fork.Repeat until everything is gone.
Fry the patties in oil at about 175 degrees until light brown. They are ready in about 3 minutes. Let them drain on a kitchen paper. Serve with a nice sauce if desired.
