Make this healthy herb cheese yourself very easily with fresh herbs and garlic


500 ml full curd
2 cloves of garlic
Bunch of fresh parsley
Bunch of fresh chives
Black pepper
Sea salt
A few drops of lemon juice
Clean tea towel
Sieve or colander


Place the tea towel in a colander or sieve and spoon in the quark. Place in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. The moisture then leaks through the cloth, leaving a thick creamy mass.
Finely chop the fresh herbs. Put the drained quark in a bowl and press in the garlic clove (finely chopping is also possible). Stir in the herbs and season the mixture with salt and pepper and a little lemon juice. Stir again. Store the herbal cream cheese covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
