1 avocado
2 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons cream cheese
A few sprigs of parsley
Pinch of salt and pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
food processor


Cut the avocado in half and remove the skin and pit. Roughly chop the flesh and place in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and grind to a smooth creamy sauce. Great for dipping crackers, pieces of bread or tortilla chips.
For a little more spice, add 1 or 2 dried chillies.
