These skewers with Italian ingredients are a nice snack or starter of your dinner


1 bag of mini mozzarella balls (about 16 pieces)
16 cherry tomatoes
6 slices of Parma ham
fresh basil leaves
16 slices Spianata Romana (or other dried Italian sausage)
8 olives
8 skewers


Wash the tomatoes and tear the slices of Parma ham in half. Stick two slices of Spianata Romana, two tomatoes, half slices of Parma ham, two balls of mozzarella, olive and some fresh basil on each skewer. Serve the skewer on a plate or in a glass.
