 Make sure the goat cheese is at room temperature. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Halve the snack peppers and remove the seeds. Toast the pine nuts. Fry the bacon crispy in a pan, let it cool and then crumble the slices finely. Mix the goat cheese with the bacon, pine nuts and half of the chives. Season further with pepper.

 Fill the bell pepper halves with a tablespoon of the mixture. Bake the peppers for about 15 minutes. Finish the peppers with the remaining chives, bacon and pine nuts.
