Stuffed snack peppers from the BBQ

Must Try

These snack peppers with a creamy filling of cream cheese and pine nuts are delicious in combination with bacon. Delicious on the BBQ or in the grill pan.

Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Halve the snack peppers and remove the seeds. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan for about 3 minutes until golden brown.

Mix the cream cheese with pine nuts in a bowl and season with pepper. Fill both halves of the snack pepper with the cream cheese filling and place the halves on top of each other. Wrap a slice of bacon around the pepper and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with all peppers.

Place a piece of aluminum foil or a BBQ tray on the grid and place the snack peppers on it. Bake the peppers for about 5 minutes with frequent turning.

Tip: also delicious from the grill pan
