These star snacks with beetroot, goat cheese and thyme are super fun during the holidays.




 Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Chop the beets very finely in a food chopper or cut them into very small pieces. Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and use the star shape to cut 4 stars out of each sheet, depending on the size of the shape. Poke holes in it with a fork.

 Now add a little beetroot, a little goat cheese and a few thyme leaves on each star. Bake the snacks until golden brown in about 20 minutes. Spread a little honey to taste on the snacks.
