 Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Let the dough thaw. Fry the leek with the finely chopped garlic clove in a pan until it has shrunk a bit, you can drain excess moisture if necessary. Grease the muffin tins with butter or margarine. Place a sheet of dough in each mold and shape with your fingers. If the dough sticks out, you can cut it off a bit.
