Mexican nachos from the oven

Easy savory snack of nacho chips with tomato, avocado and corn with lots of gratinated cheese, a topper or any party!

Preparation

 Preheat the oven to 220 degrees or turn on the grill. Chop the red onion coarsely and cut the tomato into cubes. Cut the jalapeno into slices and the spring onion into rings. Divide the tortilla chips over an oven dish and divide the red onion, diced tomato, spring onion and corn on top. Top with the jalapeno peppers, if desired.

 Sprinkle the grated cheese over the nachos and put the nachos under the grill for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Then divide the avocado cubes over the nachos and serve with the sour cream.
