Tasty for snacking: oven-baked nachos with a Greek topping of cucumber, feta and tzatziki.



 Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Brown the minced meat. Finely chop the red onion and add to the minced meat. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and oregano.

 Cut the cucumber and tomato into small cubes. Fill a baking dish with half of the nachos. Add ⅓ of the meat mixture and feta. Cover with the rest of the nachos. On top of the rest of the mincemeat mixture, divide tomato and cucumber cubes and feta. Place the baking dish in the oven for 10 minutes so that the feta discolours slightly.

 Meanwhile, make the tzatziki. Remove the Greek nachos from the oven and spoon some of the tzatziki on top and garnish with some parsley. Serve the nachos warm.
