The classic at any party or during Easter: deviled eggs with curry and chives. Super easy to make yourself with this recipe.



Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes.
Then rinse them under cold water to scare them. Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
Remove the egg yolk with a fork or knife and place in a bowl. Mash it as finely as possible with a fork. 
Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, paprika and curry powder and mix well. Put the mixture in a piping bag and make nice swirls in the egg whites. Sprinkle with some chives.
