 Repeat with half of the mozzarella balls. Cut the slices of Parma ham into three long strips each and roll the remaining mozzarella balls in it. Halve the cherry tomato, place it above the rolled-in balls and pierce the skewer. Spread the chopped pistachios on top.

 Tip: Use sandwich slices of smoked salmon for straight slices that are easy to cut into 3 strips.
