Recipe oven dish with potato and salmon



1 sachet MAGGI casserole cauliflower cream
1 egg
150 ml cooking cream
300 g salmon
1 teaspoon dill
400 g broccoli, in small florets
1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
700 g pre-cooked potato slices
Oil or butter for greasing


Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Boil the broccoli florets for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, grease the baking dish with a little oil or butter. Spread half of the potato slices in the baking dish. Cut the salmon into pieces and divide over the potato slices. Spoon the broccoli and bell pepper onto the salmon.
Add the contents of the packet of MAGGI casserole mix to 200 ml cold water and 150 ml cooking cream. Then beat in the egg and dill with a whisk. Pour half of the sauce over the baking dish. Cover with the other half of potato slices and pour over the rest of the sauce. Bake the casserole in the oven for about 45 minutes until golden brown
