Unfortunately, the last one has already arrived, but last but not least! I made a delicious Greek stir-fry dish with chicken skewers. This recipe is super quick and ideal for a weekday. And nice for a change or to get into the holiday mood.

I love Greek cuisine and feta cheese, red onion and tzatziki (yogurt sauce with cucumber) are ingredients that should not be missed. You can buy ready-made tzatziki in the store or make it yourself . I combined all these delicious Greek ingredients with the CêlaVíta Flavor of Fresh Herbs thyme sea salt potatoes. And created a complete and easy meal with a Greek touch. The potatoes also only contain oil and herbs and no preservatives, which is so nice and tasty!

Tips:

If the weather is nice, you can also prepare the chicken souvlaki skewers on the BBQ.

You can also use zucchini instead of peppers. And add some black olives for a change.

Recipe Quick Greek potatoes with chicken souvlaki

2 A 3 PERSONS

Ingredients

75 gr feta
1 red onion
1 x CêlaVíta Flavor of fresh herbs thyme sea salt
2 pointed peppers
350 gr chicken breast, diced
Pinch of oregano
Pepper and salt
Tzatziki ( homemade or from a jar)
1 lemon
Oil or butter for frying

Preparation

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze one half from the chicken. Then sprinkle with some oregano, salt and pepper. Heat a little oil or butter in a (wok) pan and add the CêlaVíta potatoes. Chop the onion finely and toss through the potatoes. While the potatoes are baking, thread the chicken onto the skewers.

Put a little oil or butter in a (grill) pan and grill the chicken souvlaki skewers until nicely browned and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cut the pointed pepper into thin strips and stir-fry for another 3 minutes with the potatoes. Cut the other half lemon into slices and place on a plate. Add the chicken souvlaki skewers and scoop some of the potato stir-fry onto the plate and sprinkle with feta. Place the tzatziki in a bowl and serve.
