My sandwich fillings have changed a lot in recent years. At first I often ate chocolate spread and sprinkles on my bread but lately I’m more on the savory tour. This is also because I am becoming more conscious about food (okay, and have become a bit more mature ;-))

Because I’m not a big fan of cold cuts on my sandwich, I’m regularly looking for other alternatives. On the other hand, I like a slice of cheese, but it often contains a lot of fat and salt. That is why the new vegetable spreads from Zonnatura are a good and tasty solution for me. They contain at least 60% vegetables, which is much more than in most sandwich spreads. And you can taste it! In addition, the spreads are 100% organic and also suitable for vegetarians, vegans and people on a gluten diet.

Combi 1: Taste of autumn
Cut the aubergine into thin slices and brush with some oil. Heat a (grill) pan and fry the aubergine for about 5 minutes. Roughly chop the hazelnuts. Spread the bread with the pumpkin spread. Top with a few slices of aubergine and sprinkle with the hazelnuts.
Combi 2: Italian way
Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Spread the bread with a layer of Zonnatura Paprikas Spread or Tomato Spread. Top with the mozzarella slices and garnish with a basil leaf.
Combi 3: Green power
Boil an egg in a pan with some done in about 7 minutes. Rinse under the cold tap, peel the egg and cut into slices. Spread the bread with the Zonnatura Spinach spread. Top with the slices of boiled egg and sprinkle with a pinch of pepper.
