Easy and fast: Italian stir-fry pasta with ham

Must Try

I often ask people I meet if they also cook regularly (including to recommend my site ☺). I often get the answer that they like to put something delicious on the table, but that must be ready within 30 minutes. One has to be at football practice at 7 o’clock and the other is late from work.

So something has to be prepared quickly and easily that everyone also likes. Well, you’ve come to the right place at LeukRecepten.

A good example of such an easy and delicious dish is the Italian stir-fry pasta with ham below. You fry the vegetables and meat for a few minutes in a large wok or frying pan and then add water mixed with the MAGGI stir-fry paste mix (this already contains pasta so you don’t have to cook it separately). After more than 10 minutes, the liquid in the pan has changed into a creamy sauce that is tasty and mildly seasoned. The result is a complete pasta dish that can be on the table within 20 minutes. And because you only need 1 pan, it also saves you time with the dishes!

Let it simmer for 13 minutes. Finally, stir in the grilled bell pepper and finish the dish with some fresh basil and pine nuts.

Tip: you can also replace the ham with pieces of chicken, for example. And the zucchini and/or bell pepper through mushrooms, spring onions or precooked broccoli.
