Satay sauce (from peanuts) is delicious with the chicken or on the fries, so I made it into one tasty meal. And you can choose whether you just put the satay sauce over the chicken or over the fries or just over everything :-). In addition to the portion of vegetables and vitamins, the beans and pineapple also provide a delicious and fresh taste.

I prepared the fries in the oven, I used the potato fries with skin from CêlaVíta. These have a good bite and also become nice and crispy in the oven. But you can also fry them in the Airfryer or deep fryer.

Recipe chicken satay sauce with beans and fries



Approx. 350 gr chicken breast
350 gr green beans
1 onion
250 gr (fresh) pineapple
700 gr CêlaVíta Fries with peel A few whole peanuts for garnish Pinch of salt 1 portion satay sauce


Prepare the fries in the oven, Airfryer or deep fryer. Prepare the satay sauce according to the recipe.

Boil the green beans until al dente. Chop the onion and fry it in a wok. Add the chicken cubes and fry until cooked through.

Add the beans and pineapple at the last minute and heat through. Sprinkle the fries with a little salt and serve with the chicken, beans and the homemade satay sauce. Garnish with some coarsely chopped peanuts.
