Anise yogurt with apricots –

4 pieces

Ingredients:

2 cups Greek yogurt a 170 gr
8 tablespoons granola or crispy muesli
6 apricots from a jar
2 tablespoons of crushed mice

Preparation:

Spoon the mashed mice through the thick yogurt. Divide the granola or muesli between 4 glasses and spoon some of the anise yogurt on top. Cut the apricots in half and divide between the glasses. Garnish with some extra mashed mice.
Tip: use peaches or orange slices instead of apricots.

Colored Easter Stems – 10 pieces

Ingredients:
75 grams of white chocolate
10 breadsticks
Colored fruit sprinkles
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate au bain marie in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. Stir the chocolate until it is completely melted. Sprinkle a flat plate with some fruit sprinkles. Dip the breadsticks in the melted chocolate. If necessary, use a teaspoon to scoop the chocolate over the stem, do this halfway up the stem. Allow excess chocolate to drip off the stem. Then pass the stem through the fruit sprinkles. Leave the stems to set in the fridge for half an hour. Then serve them in a tall glass.

Bagels with banana and flakes – 4 pieces

Ingredients:
4 bagels
to 3 bananas
2 tablespoons natural dairy spread (or butter)
Dark chocolate flakes
Preparation:
Cut the bagels in half lengthwise. Grill them in a grill pan or in the oven (220 degrees, 3 minutes) until crispy. Let them cool slightly and cover the bottom with the dairy spread. Cut the banana into slices and top the bagel with it. Sprinkle with the dark chocolate flakes.
Tip: spread the sandwiches shortly before serving, sprinkle the banana slices with some lemon juice to prevent discolouration.
