This crispy potato snack with skin is ideal for dipping in, for example, garlic sauce or a tomato salsa due to the scoop shape. But how nice is it to fill them! This way you can serve them nicely on a plate and hand them out to your guests.

The outside of the potato snack is nice and crispy and the inside has a full potato flavour. I came up with 3 tasty toppings for this Potato Dipperz that combine perfectly with this. One with avocado, one with bacon & cheese and an Italian caprese. Enough choice for your guests.

Tip: I prepared the Potato Dipperz in the Airfryer, but you can also prepare them in the oven or deep fryer.

1. Avocado potato snack

Potato Dipperz
Greek yogurt
Chili flakes

Heat the Airfryer to 180 degrees and bake the Potato Dipperz for about 15 minutes until crispy. Shake them up and down once in a while. Spoon a teaspoon of yogurt on each Potato Dipper. Cut the avocado into small pieces and divide over the potato snack as well. Sprinkle with a pinch of chili flakes.

2. Bacon & cheese potato snack

Potato Dipperz
Grated cheese
Crème frache chives

Heat the Airfryer to 180 degrees. Cut the bacon into thin strips and spread a few over each frozen Potato Dipper. Then sprinkle them with cheese and carefully place them in the basket of the Airfryer. Bake the crispy for about 15 minutes. Remove them from the Airfryer and scoop a little Crème fraîche on top. Sprinkle with some chopped chives.

3. Caprese potato snack

Potato Dipperz
Cherry tomatoes Pinch of
dried basil
Mozzarella balls
Balsamic cream

Heat the Airfryer to 180 degrees and bake the Potato Dipperz for about 15 minutes until crispy. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and the mozzarella balls in half. Place a piece of mozzarella and tomato on each piece of potato. Sprinkle them with a little basil and put some balsamic cream on top.
