Simple recipe for a delicious and creamy mousse with fresh raspberries


200 g raspberries
250 ml whipped cream
2 sheets of gelatin
75 g sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp water


Place the raspberries in a pan and heat them (reserve some raspberries for garnish). Add the water, lemon juice and sugar. Let this simmer for about 10 minutes until the raspberries have fallen apart.
