Well filled wraps with breaded pieces of fish, avocado, tomatoes and sweet chili sauce


juice of 1 lime
4 wraps
250 g haddock (or other white fish)
1 egg
50 g bread crumbs
2 tbsp flour
1 avocado
150 gr tomatoes
sweet chilli sauce
Pepper and salt


Cut the tomatoes into half or quarters. Season the fish with salt and pepper and sprinkle with half of the lime juice. Cut the fish into strips and coat in the flour. Beat the egg and stir in the floured fish. Sprinkle a plate with breadcrumbs and lastly dip the fish in it. Heat a little oil or butter in a frying pan and fry the breaded fish for about 5 minutes until nicely browned and cooked through.
Heat the wraps according to package. Half the avocado, remove the pit and peel and cut into wedges. Sprinkle the wedges with the rest of the lime juice. Spread some lettuce in the middle of the wrap. Place some avocado wedges, tomatoes and the fried fish on top. Pour a little sweet chili sauce (to taste) over it and fold the wrap and secure with a toothpick.
