Turkey rolls with green beans

Must Try

Tasty main course for Easter; turkey rolls filled with green beans and tomato tapenade

500 g turkey breast (4 fillets)
100 g green beans
4 tbsp tomato tapenade
Salt and pepper
4 slices of raw ham
Household or aluminum foil
oven dish
rolling pin

If you have a large piece of turkey breast, cut it in half with a spade knife. Place the turkey breasts under a piece of cling film and beat them slightly with a rolling pin. Cut off the ends of the green beans and boil them in water for 3 minutes. Then drain and rinse with cold water. Place a slice of raw ham on a piece of household or aluminum foil and place a turkey breast on top. Spread with tapenade and place a small pile of beans on one side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll them up tightly and wrap the foil tightly. Do this with all fillet steaks and put them in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.Just before baking, remove the foil and tie 2 or 3 strings per roll around it so that they do not fall apart during baking. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the rolls until brown on all sides. Then place them in an oven dish and bake them for 15 minutes. Before serving, check whether they are well cooked/white inside. Delicious with baked potatoes or a potato gratin
