Ingredients :

400 g steak, at room temperature
Splash of olive oil
160 g mixed lettuce
2 apples
250 g chestnut mushrooms
100 g grana padano shreds
5 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp honey

Preparation:

Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and a pinch of salt and pepper together. Cut the mushrooms in half and fry them in a little oil until brown and keep them warm in the pan.
Sprinkle the steak with pepper. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and sear the steak on both sides over high heat. Let the steak cook for another 2 to 3 minutes on low heat. If you want your steak to be a little more done, leave it in the pan for 2 minutes longer. Wrap the steak in aluminum foil and let it rest.
Cut the apple into pieces and mix with the lettuce. Stir in the mushrooms and pour in the dressing. Toss everything together well and sprinkle with the cheese flakes. Cut the steak into strips and serve on the salad.
