Delicious recipe for winter stew with an Italian twist




Finely chop the garlic and optionally the 2 large onions in case you don’t have cocktail onions.
Chop the mushrooms and carrot into pieces or slices.

Cut the zucchini into pieces and add 10 minutes before the dish is ready.
