4 chicken breasts
1 ball of mozzarella
1 to 2 tomatoes

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Sprinkle the chicken all over with salt and pepper. Fry the chicken briefly in a pan so that all sides are seared and there is a nice crust on it. Remove the chicken from the pan and make slits at the top. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into thin slices and halve them.






Put them in the slits of chicken. Throw in a basil leaf as well. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and put them in the oven for 20 minutes. In the meantime, baste them once or twice with the cooking liquid from the baking dish. Always check whether the chicken is well cooked. Delicious with potatoes with rosemary and broccoli.
