3 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 kg pack of choi
1 tbsp wok oil
Piece of ginger of about 2 cm, finely chopped
4 tbsp cashew nuts

400 gr minced chicken
zest or 1 lime
1 clove of garlic
Pinch of ground coriander
1 egg
3 tbsp breadcrumbs (or more)

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients for the chicken balls in a bowl and mix well. Add breadcrumbs until the mincemeat is no longer too sticky and easy to work with.
