Ingredients

500 gr minced beef
500 gr green beans
1 slice of bread
100 ml chicken stock
70 gr raisins
50 gr almonds
1 onion
2 apples
250 gr soaked apricots
½ lemon
250 ml crème frache
4 eggs
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tsp curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 tsp ground coriander
1 teaspoon paprika powder

Preparation

Chop the onion and garlic finely and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil. Add the curry, turmeric, ground coriander and paprika. Add the minced meat and brown it. Meanwhile, cook the green beans in a pan with water for about 8 minutes and drain.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Tear the bread into pieces and soak in the stock with lemon juice in a large bowl. Cut the apricots in half and the apples into pieces and add them to the bread. Stir in the raisins, almonds and cinnamon.

Spoon the apple mixture through the minced meat and season with some salt and pepper. Also mix in the green beans and spoon everything into a large or two smaller baking dishes and press down well. Beat the crème frache with the eggs and pour this on top of the oven dish. Place in the oven for about 45 minutes. Nice with some rice.
