Ingredients 

250 gr mushrooms
4 chicken breasts
124 g bacon
1 red onion
100 gr walnuts
1 egg white
pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry the bacon in a frying pan. After a few minutes, add the onion and mushrooms. Let it cook for another 5 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cut open the chicken breasts. Place a piece of plastic wrap over it and flatten the meat with a rolling pin.
