400 gr minced beef
400 g diced tomatoes from a pack or can
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 red pepper

100 g parmesan cheese, grated
75 g mozzarella, grated
1 zucchini
250 g ricotta
1 egg
pepper and salt
200 g lasagna sheets
1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Whisk the ricotta and egg together in a bowl. Add half of the Parmesan cheese. Grease a baking dish with a little butter or oil. Divide a little of the spicy meat sauce over the bottom and spoon a little of the ricotta mixture on top. Cover with lasagna sheets.

Make a number of layers in this way and finish with a layer of minced meat mixture with ricotta. Mix the remaining 50 gr Parmesan cheese with the mozzarella and divide over the top of the lasagna. Place the lasagna in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes. Delicious with a fresh salad. 
Tip: if the top browns too quickly, cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
