Ingredients 

4 haddock fillets
3 cloves of garlic
260 grams of edamame (soy beans, for example at the Asian grocery store)
10 grams fresh coriander + extra for garnish
100 ml olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Pepper and salt
300 grams fresh spinach
