4 whitefish fillets (frozen or fresh)
1 large onion or 2 small ones
75 g parmesan cheese (grated or flaked)
50 gr breadcrumbs
splash of olive oil + for greasing
bunch of fresh parsley
pepper and salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
oil for frying
