2 courgettes
150 gr shrimp
1 lemon
700 g white fish (for example pangasius)
50 g pine nuts, toasted
dill pesto:
20 g fresh dill
40 g parmesan cheese
50 ml olive oil
30 gr pine nuts + optional to garnish
