4 boiled eggs
500 gr chicken in cubes
250 ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons red curry paste
1 onion, chopped
olive oil for frying
200 gr green beans
1 pack of diced tomatoes a 400 gr
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
50 gr cashew nuts


Boil the cauliflower and the green beans in a pan with water for 3 minutes. Fry the onion and garlic in a little olive oil in a large pan. Add the chicken, and when it is cooked, add the red curry paste.
