These Indian pork skewers with soy sauce are delicious from the pan or from the BBQ


400 gr pork chops
1 shallot,
1 clove of garlic
½ teaspoon sambal
3 tablespoons ketchup
100 ml soy sauce + for marinating
ground coriander seed (ketum bar)
ground ginger (djahe)
fried onions and spring onion to garnish
4 skewers


Cut the pork chops into pieces and sprinkle with coriander seeds and ginger. Also add a dash of soy sauce and toss together. Let it marinate for at least half an hour. Meanwhile, finely chop the shallot and onion.
