 Put the milk in a pan and add the caster sugar. Stir in the peanut butter a little at a time until incorporated. Then add the soy sauce and sambal to taste. If the sauce is or becomes a bit thick, you can add a little extra milk.

 Cut the chicken into strips and the bell pepper into cubes. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 4 minutes, then add the bell pepper. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat the wraps in a pan (or oven or microwave) and put a little lettuce in the middle. Spoon some chicken and bell pepper on top and then some satay sauce. Cut the tomatoes in half and divide them over the wraps. Fold them closed and, if necessary, close them with a toothpick.
