Quick and easy curry recipe with chicken, pak choi and a handful of bean sprouts



 Cook the rice until done and keep warm with a lid on the pan. Chop the onion and heat the oil in a wok. Fruit the outing. Cut the chicken into cubes and add to the pan and fry for 5 minutes, stirring. Add the mushrooms and fry for a further 3 minutes.
