Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into small cubes. Heat some oil or butter in a pan and add the vegetables. Season with some salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Bake for 5 minutes.
Cook the ravioli in a pan of water for a few minutes and drain.
Spread the tomato cubes over the bottom of an oven dish. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Remove the vegetables from the pan with a slotted spoon and spoon about half of them onto the tomato sauce. Then spoon the ravioli on top and then the rest of the vegetables.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place the ravioli casserole in the oven for about 20 minutes.
