Preparation

 Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the spinach in a pan and fry it in a little olive oil and with a pinch of salt and pepper until it has wilted. Then drain in a sieve or colander and squeeze out most of the moisture. Place 4 thawed sheets of puff pastry on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Poke some holes in the dough with a fork. Spread the slices on the baking tray with a layer of cream cheese and keep about 1 cm from the edge. Cut the fish into 4 equal pieces and place on top of the cream cheese.

 Divide the spinach over the fish. Cut 3 notches in the center of the other puff pastry sheets and place them on top of the other filled puff pastry sheets. Press them well at the edges with a fork. Beat the egg and brush the top of the puff pastry parcels with it. Bake them in the oven for about 25 minutes.

 If you eat a salad or potatoes with it, you can keep about 1 package per person. If not then about 2 pieces per person.
