 Boil the potato slices in a pan of water for 5 minutes. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan or wok and brown the minced meat in it. Add the bell pepper in pieces and then also the leek and mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes. Season the mixture with pepper, salt and a generous pinch of paprika or, for a slightly spicier variant, cayenne pepper.

 Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Beat the eggs with the yogurt and whipped cream in a bowl and stir in the cheese. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper. Crumple a piece of baking paper and moisten slightly. Line the mold with this and divide half of the potato slices over the bottom.

 Spoon half of the meat mixture over this and pour half of the egg mixture over it. Repeat again with the potato slices, chopped and finish with the egg mixture. Place the potato pie in the oven for about 40 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before removing the spring form.
