Pork tenderloin from the Airfryer

Must Try

This pork tenderloin from the Airfryer is super tender on the inside and crispy on the outside!

Chop the shallot, parsley and garlic very fine in a food processor or by hand. Add the oil, cheese, breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir in half the egg. Cut the pork tenderloin in half and fold the thin part in half if necessary.

Spoon some of the mixture onto the pork tenderloin and press down well. Heat the Airfryer to 180 degrees. Bake the pork tenderloin for about 14 minutes until done and nice and crispy (this also depends on the thickness). Delicious with some potatoes and vegetables.
